Kelly, Mike, and the Campbell family - Grace and Peace to you from the Denver Community Church family. It is so obvious what a wonderful man and Jesus follower Bob was. Our hearts and prayers are with you during this difficult season. Love you guys.

Kelly, Jean and Kristen and your families:

Bob will be missed, and after almost 19 years of being his assistant, it will never be the same. He was such a great Dad to you both and loved Jean so much. He will ALWAYS be looking over all of you as you all continue to grow, love and have faith in the Lord. Love you all. Deb

My thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to you and your family. I only had the privilege of meeting your father on several occasions but given his great accomplishments and the wonderful children and grandchildren he has left behind, he seems to have been an extraordinary person. Know that all your Denver family will be here for you when you return.
Love,
Brent

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob when I was very new in my tenure as president of the Orange County Community Foundation in the fall of 2000. He was on fire with a drive and passion to transform the way he was giving back to the community.... he said he was tired of being asked to sit on nonprofit boards not for his input or involvement, but simply to write a check. He was consumed with the idea that things could be done better, more effectively, and with greater impact for people in great need. And he was right. The years that followed proved out Bob's instincts, and I had the honor of working with him to put his passion into practice, attracting scores of his friends and colleagues to join the effort along the way-- being as effective as a "pied piper" in philanthropy as he was in business. :-) My heart is breaking for the loss to our community of such a visionary, committed and passionate advocate for those in need, and for his family, who was-- along with his deep faith-- the light of his life. You will be missed more than you could have known, Bob... but we will be blessed with one very tall, handsome angel looking down as we try to live up to your example of greatness in both "head" and "heart". With much love, Shelley Hoss
