CrossFit WOD 12-16 and over 170 lbs!

Yesterday I weighed in at 171.  It was the first time I’ve ever seen anything above 170 on the scale.  Of course, it was at night, and I’m not sure if I’ve ever weighed myself at night.  And I did have my shoes on but I always weigh myself with my shoes.  I wasn’t convinced I was really over 170 so I weighed myself on 2 different scales and sure enough both were over 170.

I’m not posting all my WOD on the blog.  I’m just recapping every few days.  Here is a list of my previous WOD.  I’ll continue to post them on twitter.

August 29 – CrossFit work out #12

  • 4 rounds of 15 sumo deadlift (85 lbs) and 10 push jerk (65 lbs).

Aug 30 – CrossFit work out #13

  • Lunchtime #crossfit workout. 21-15-9 w/ 25lbs Turkish Getups and Scotts Press.

Aug 31 – CrossFit work out #14

  • Run .5 miles then 3 rounds of 25 box jumps, 25 sit ups, 25 squats, 10 push ups.

Sept 6 – CrossFit work out #15 — following Labor Day weekend

  • 3 rnds of 250m row; 10 dead lifts (110 lbs); 10 ghd sit ups; 20 box jumps

Sept 7 – CF workout #16

  • 5 rounds of 5 burpees; 10 push ups; 20 sit ups; 30 squats
