Well, besides the fact that he woke at 5:30am (not normal), had about 4 meltdowns before 7:30, when we got to class his name was on the door because mom forgot some paperwork, his sandwich was confiscated because mom didn’t know it was a peanut free school, and when I picked him up he lost his marbles (1 hour of crying) because he wanted to take a “pre-school designated elephant” home with him…Campbell had a GREAT first day of school. He loved it and told me he shared toys, played basketball, made friends, played with two thomas the trains…but he (with a very sad face) will also tell you he took a nap with an elephant and had to leave it. He can’t wait to go back.
