Today’s Lunchtime CrossFit – #9

New music on the ipod and new workout for me.  This is modified from the CrossFit Linda.

Standard warmup followed by:

Rounds of 9-7-5-3-1

  • Deadlift (115 lbs)
  • Bench (85 lbs)
  • Back extensions (25 lbs)
  • Dip and knee raise (no additional weight)
