Friday (before my haircut) I got in a quick workout. It only took 35 minutes including the warm up but I was sore on Saturday.
#7 WOD - 2 rounds
- 25 squats (45 lbs – the bar only)
- 25 kettlebell swings (used a 25 lbs weight)
- 10 lunges/steps holding a 15 lbs dumbbell above my head with my right hand
- 10 lunges/steps holding the 15 lbs dumbbell above my head with my left hand
Finished my workout with a quick abs routine.
#8 The next day, Saturday I did
20-15 and 10 rep rounds of:
- Burpees – see image below or check out the video if you’ve never scene this exercise
- Leg lifts
- Situps
