So Tuesday was a rest day
Wednesday I was running late all day so I had to make up my own Work Out of the Day and do it from home
3 Rounds:
- Run around the block (appx .4 miles – map attached)
- 10 push ups
- 20 sit ups
- 50 jump rope
Thursday I was running late all day again. Got to get this workout during lunch with no interruptions. But I couldn’t do it today so I’m taking another rest day. I might be conducting two-a-days this weekend!!
