CrossFit 10 and 11 — including new “Friday Dead Man” workout

On Wednesday I completed CrossFit workout #10

Skinny man CrossFit WO #10: 40 Jump and touch, 30 Squats, 20 Sit-ups, 10-Push-ups, 5 Pull-ups (3 rounds).

Today I’m attempting to complete what I call “Friday Dead Man”

  • Rounds of  10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
  • Split Snatch (20 lbs)
  • Dead Lift (135 lbs)
  • Suicides (running the lines in the basketball gym — touch the free throw line, back to the base line, then half court, back to base line, then other free throw line and then the other base line)

We’ll see if I make it.
