By the title, you might think Kelly authored this post but unfortunately it is Mike here. Now for the story — Since we knew Campbell was coming to this world I joined 24 Hour Fitness and was (relatively) diligent in my work out / exercise efforts. I came close to breaking the 170 lbs barrier but fell just short. I weighed in at 168 right before Campbell’s birth.
Four months later I weighed in at a whooping 159. All my “baby weight” is gone. It’s time to recommit to working out and put back on some weight. I’m thinking a combo of Crossfit, P90X, and the Navy Seal training program. I’ll keep you posted.
